Lester M. Crudele President and Chief Executive Officer
Lester M. Crudele was appointed Transmeta's president and chief executive officer in February 2007. He originally joined Transmeta's board of directors in June 2005.
Les began his career at Motorola, where he was chief architect for several Motorola MC 68000-series microprocessors
and served in a variety of management positions, most recently returning to Motorola in 1990 and serving as vice
president and general manager of its RISC Microprocessor Division from 1991 to 1997. He also has senior management
experience at several computer systems companies, including Compaq, where he served as vice president and general
manager of Compaq's Workstation Products Division from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, he served on the board of
directors and as a management consultant for Quantum Effect Devices until QED was acquired by PMC-Sierra in 2000.
Most recently, from 2000 to 2004, he served on the board of directors of Banderacom, a privately held InfiniBand
semiconductor company, for which he also served as president and CEO from 2000 to 2002. In addition, he has served
on boards of directors for several privately held companies and industry groups.

Dan Hillman Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Hillman's diverse background spans a range of technology companies and disciplines relevant to Transmeta's business. Before joining Transmeta,
Mr. Hillman served as Vice President of Engineering for MOSAID Technology, a licensor of semiconductor intellectual property. Mr. Hillman joined
MOSAID as a result of MOSAID's acquisition of Virtual Silicon Technology, a privately held supplier of semiconductor intellectual property, where
Mr. Hillman served as vice president of engineering through its acquisition by MOSAID in 2005. Before joining Virtual Silicon, Mr. Hillman served
as vice president of engineering for inSilicon, a provider of communications semiconductor intellectual property, which was acquired by Synopsys.
Previously, he was also the Corporate Application Group director for the Physical Synthesis Business Unit of Synopsys for eight years. Mr. Hillman
also spent 11 years at Apple Computer as a hardware manager where he was directly involved in the design of the Apple IIGS, Macintosh computer, and
also led a team that developed the IEEE 1394 (Firewire) Serial Bus. He began his career at RCA Corporation and Zilog Corporation.

John O'Hara Horsley Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
John O'Hara Horsley joined Transmeta as General Counsel in July 2000. From November 1997 to July 2000,
Mr. Horsley served at the Federal Trade Commission as Deputy Assistant Director in appointed positions in the Bureau of Competition, most recently
as Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property and Technology Matters. While at the FTC, Mr. Horsley was responsible for merger review and antitrust
enforcement in several technology industries, including semiconductors and computers. From October 1988 to October 1997, Mr. Horsley practiced law
as an associate and partner with Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, where he specialized in litigation and strategic counseling in intellectual property,
antitrust, and securities law and shareholder matters. Mr. Horsley holds a B.A. in Philosophy and a B.A. in English from the University of Utah and
a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Sujan Jain Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Sujan Jain joined Transmeta as chief financial officer in August of 2007. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Jain served at NanoAmp Solutions Inc., a privately held provider of low-power memory solutions for the wireless and medical markets, where he was most recently chief financial officer and secretary. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Jain served as chief financial officer of PhotonWorx, a privately held optical technology company. Before joining PhotonWorx, he held investment banking and operating roles at Lazard, J.P. Morgan Chase and Schlumberger. In addition, Mr. Jain has been an advisor to several publicly and privately held high-tech companies. Mr. Jain holds a U.S. equivalent of a B.S. degree in electronics and computer engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology in India, and an M.B.A. in finance and management of organization from Columbia University. Mr. Jain is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in Virginia.
